Advice!! First timer at DLH, tips, ideas, etc. HELP!!

Our family is going to stay at the DLH for our first time. Myself, DH, DD, DD, and DS. We've never stayed there, in fact, this is kind of a treat for us. We are celebrating my oldest's and my youngest's bday. Does anyone have any advice, tips, or things our family would enjoy.

Has anyone bought the birthday treat at goofy's kitchen before? is it worth it?

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay there last year. No tips really... but if the main pool is too cold (not sure when you are going), we found that the Cove pools were WAY WAY warmer!

My boys liked driving the little boats.
