Advice? Downtown Disney with my inlaws and a vegetarian

Hey brilliant people! My wife and I are spending our honeymoon in WDW in two weeks and we're going out to dinner with her aunt on our first night there. She wasn't able to come to the wedding and really wants to see us. She's in her 70s and is very adventurous. I'm hoping to pick a place with entrees under $20/25 and vegetarian options for my wife. I've been reading reviews but I'm lost. This is my first time planning a fabulous disney trip and I've never been to any of restaurants in downtown disney. Do you have any advice? Where would you go?

Last trip I tried Paradiso in DTD and it was pretty good - mushroom tacos, which I ordered because I like mushrooms not because I am vegetarian, but they were good! This place is mostly burgers, tex-mex type stuff (burritos, enchiladas, tacos), and fish. Not expensive, either. I think my dinner total with an app but no dessert was about $25 plus tip. I met a friend there and we split the tab, so I don't know exactly.

Portobello is also one that I enjoy a lot, it's a little more expensive but if you stick to pasta or pizza it'll be under $25 an entree (their steaks are more). I don't know if they still have it, but one of my favorite things there has been the fresh mozzarella tasting plate on the appetizer menu. Their spinach ravioli is good too.

into Wolfgang Puck's Cafe. I have a friend who eats there on trips and swears by it.

Thanks, this is super-helpful! My auntie-in-law loves steak, so I think I'll go with the cheaper choice of Paradiso 37. The menu at Wolfgang Puck looks really good though, so I'm going to save it for a more "romantic" meal. Thanks for helping me finish my dining plans!
