Hello-
Well, after changing from Chrome to Firefox I was able to actually get on the new "My Disney Experience" site, create a profile, and pull up my resort reservation- YAY!

Now, the bad part. It tells me I can link my ADRs that aren't showing up by entering in the conf #s. I enter in the number and lo and behold there's the reservation, and I follow a few steps and *connect* it to my reservation on MY Disney Experience... only, it never connects. I still have the ADR just can't view it through My Disney Experience unless I type in the conf # every time.

On another thread I posted about some of the amounts of people on some of my reservations being wrong (even though I made them for the correct amount orig--- but that's a whole other thread.... and I have stopped worrying about that- it's WDW Dining's problem...) someone said they called WDW dine and a CM was able to over the phone on his/her computer link the dining to MY Disney Experience.

So, b/c I would LOVE to have everything ALL IN ONE PLACE that I would access though this app/site while in the parks etc I call WDW DINE yesterday. I got a CM who said it was not possible to do it. That I would have to CANCEL all my ADRs and attempt to rebook them though her in order for them to show up on the new My Disney Experience site... ugh. She even told me she would not recommend this as I have a snowball's chance in hell of getting any of the ones I currently have again if I were to cancel and rebook.

So, what I want to know is- was she right, or just a crappy CM? Has anyone successfully linked ADRs made prior to singing up for My Disney Experience to their new profile on there?

If you have made it this far- thanks!

I've had luck doing it, but I needed a beer afterwards. It asks for a phone number as well as the confirmation number. On at least one, the phone number was incorrect. No idea if I put it in wrong, but I assume I did.
I found that if I go to disney's website and log in that way, if I get all the reservations in on my reservation page, I then went to "my experience app" and was able to link them. The link process seems to take a while on a good connection. Sounds like you are timing out. Try another time of day before you give up on it.
I will admit to having a strong desire to throw things afterwards. The whole app just isn't there yet. The my plans thing doesn't quite work right. If it continues to function like this, I don't think I'll bother with it at the park. Not worth the frustration.

Mine finally worked for the first time on My Disney Experience about an hour ago today. Everything was right except a lunch ressie for Coral Reef that
I never made. I have one for dinner on the same night. It is really weird.
When I go to cancel it, it says the reservation can't be
canceled online and I must call. So strange. I'm not wasting time on the
the phone for a res. I never made. I'll cancel at the hotel when we get there.

You may want to try the My Disney Experience app and get them to link there...and see if they " appear" on the website.

For me, the information there seems to link better ( the website times out ).

I am not having any issues ( anymore ) with either site...and I am starting to like the new Disney site ( except for the fact it has me checking in 7/9 and not 7/10 on My iternary but on My reservations the info is correct ) .

I have had both mine and hubby's ( we have two separate accounts on the wdw site) adr's on the new site for about a week now. At first I had plenty of issues then about a week ago everything worked great. I actually kinda like the new site now.

UPDATE: Downloaded the app.... disappointed. I can see less on the app when I log in than online. I downloaded the app on my Kindle. Today I am going to try it on the iPod/iPhone and see if that helps.

I am disappointed b/c I am 100% into the idea of the My Disney Experience app and pre-arranging Fastpasses, having all my ADRs all in one place, wait times, etc. and everything all on my phone. I am hoping it's up and running (but will be ok if it's not) on my next trip in April/May and would love to be able to fully play around with it.

It did work for me, eventually. But I had many error messages beforehand. Patience and pixiedust pixiedust: for you that it will soon show up.

My app is on my i-phone. I must say it is less buggy then the site. It also shows better dining times then what I saw online. Online it would only let me book a dinner 6:30pn and on..on the app it showed more times.

My room ressies just appeared there one day too..

Hopefully in time your App will work too.

Another Update: Lol- is anyone following me or am I just journaling- either way it's fine, I need a place to vent.

I'm in! Works best on iPod and iPhone (newer ones). Still buggy, kicks me out a lot, but got all my dining in, my DH is linked, he can't see the dining yet, but he can see our room res.

What I have learned:
1- CM didn't know what she was talking about
2- Works best on newer Apple technology (for now)
3- Still very buggy and if you want to do it prepare to take a whole weekend (or more) of off and on trying and not always succeeding but it can be done.

Thanks for hanging in there with me and not calling me a whiner (at least not to my face :) )

Not journaling! :) My ADR date is Feb. 3rd so I am reading everythng I can on the best way to do it. I really appreciate you sharing your experiences.
So far my choices seem to be:
1. on the phone at 7 am
2. on my iPad at 6 am on My Disney Experience app
3. on my iPad at 6 am on their website
(or 2 and 3 on my iPhone)
4. on my desktop at 6 am on their website

Any advice??

My recommendation is #1 On the phone at 7 AM. I have always gotten everything I wanted, including the times I wanted (give or take 5 mins) on the phone with a CM at my 180 day mark. That includes CRT (previous trips) and BOG (current trip). Before Disney created My Disney Experience and it went live making them online was good and reliable- for now it's not.

The app is still too touchy and unpredictable to rely on, and the website is too- for now. The ADRs I made I made over the phone and then linked to MY Disney Experience afterward. Since linking them I have added a few via My Disney Experience and it does work- I just wouldn't count on it working the first time, or for every ADR for a while. It took me all weekend of off and on trying to link my already made ADRs.

Blue Castle- did you set up your profile on "My Disney Experience" are you able to see your resort reservation? When I called a CM the other day to add an ADR (before I could fully get on MDE) the one ADR I made with her showed up there instantly. So, that said- call, make them and if you have MDE set up it will most likely (no promises though) show right up on there that day.

5 Days Later- lol:

iPod/iPhone (newer Apple products) still best/only place to see my reservations and use app. Still getting hung up when trying to link DH to my reservations so they show up on his phone. Currently I have 18 (estimate) ADRs and have successfully linked 4 so DH can see them too. When I have a free moment every now and then I try to connect some more but end up with an error message.

Bottom line- I think it's going to be a neat app when up and running and fully working (I am one of the people excited about Fastpass+) currently it's not really working at all...... I really do hope it is by the end of April when we go on our trip.

The dining reservation system was down until almost 11:30 this morning for service. I tried calling but they couldn't access the system either. It's working beautifully now.
