Advice CDN DVC owners

We have not bought resale but know may who have and they haveused DVC by resale and The Timeshare store and I have heard great things about both and I have heard some not great things about both but the good has certainly far outweighed the bad so my reccomendation would be either of those.

We used The Timeshare Store and had a very good experience. We will consider using them for an add on in the future.

I put a small piece of property up for sale not two weeks ago thinking it would take 6 or so months to sell ---welll I got an offer today so I should know by tomorrow evening if it's a deal.
Now I know I should be happy but it just made the reality of buying dvc all that more real.
Crum I'm still not sure which resort I really want as a home resort,,deap breathe
and remember this is suppose to be fun,,,

Just finished a resale transaction thru TTS and they were quick and helpful. Our agent was very good at following up and following thru. Have not had a problem here (TG).

We bought through the Time Share Store and highly recommend them. Paperwork arrived in a timely fashion and aside from having to wait for ROFR (which has nothing to do with the TTS), it was great. Just have to be patient as it takes much longer than buying direct but we now own DVC and love it. They even gave us a beautiful gift basket the last time we were in Orlando. It was full of wonderful goodies, we loved it. Can't go wrong, you won't regret it, except for the dreaded addonitis.

I'm in the process of buying from the Time Share Store right now. Great service and everything is going well.

I sent offer back (property I'm selling) and thought they would up the price a little but they declined ,,,
so I thought oh well I'll just wait --now apparently the offer is back on the table,,so who knows,,,anyhow I am going to email the TTS and ask what
the whole process is and atleast be prepared,,,.

We are in the process of becoming DVC members right now by purchasing a resale from TTS. Right now we are waiting on Disney's ROFR.

I actually started by calling DVC first as I considered buying the new Animal Kingdom Villas as our home resort. I talking to an agent on the phone and they promises to send me a bunch of info. After two weeks nothing arrived so I figured I would look at resale as our next option.

The resale we are waiting on is at the Beach Club.
