You're saving almost $1,900 by staying at the Swan, and the amount of money you have allotted for food sounds pretty generous to me. You won't be limited to what's on the dining plan or whether you do counter service or sitdown. We had a great stay at the Swan in July. I'd definitely go that route and save the Poly for another trip. It looks like you go fairly often.
