Advice about May Crowds and Park Selections

My 180 is opening up soon and I only have 1 thing on my agenda: to reserve 1 kicking MK day for our 5 day trip. I want BBB, CRT lunch and BOG dinner. Of course, consulting the crowd calendars, they're all over the place but I'm thinking that since the new A&E ride is opening at EPCOT a couple of days before we get there, MK might not be so crazy busy. Add to that the increase in APs, the big jump in Fla. resident APs and the difference between the weekday only passes and the everyday pass, I might do well on the weekend? (not Saturday). What do you think? Everything else is open, and more than anything else I want BBB for 2 little girls. I don't even care so much about the ADRs.
Also, looking at the calendars, it's showing EMH at MK for Wednesday; is that a done deal?
