Advice about Kona Cafe

We splurging and staying at Poly this trip, and does anyone know what the hours are? Mainly I am intrested in opening times for breakfast. We are going nov 16-22....but I hate to make PS's for breakfast all week, what if we showed up at opening, we are early birds at WDW, would our chances be good for a quick seating? Granted we won't eat Tonga toast every morning...

I am feeling like I am making too many PS's. ( V&A, 1900 Park Fare, Ohana character breakfast, Brownderby/fantastmic pck...)Do you have a lot of luck with walkup's, given we do early dinners, or early lunches...
this is our first trip in nov, had to reschedule our usual sept. trip b/c of Ivan.......

We eat at Kona every trip - definitely for breakfast and lots of times dinner too. We made ps this time for breakfast, but that's a late breakfast. We've never made them before and the most we waited was 15 minutes. I'm pretty sure breakfast starts at 7 AM. That early - it should be no wait.
