Advertising mis-using Disney name

OK, this is pretty minor. I just get frosted every time I hear a certain product advertising itself on the radio as being used by Walt Disney World when referencing "Disney's Mona Lisa Hotel".


They are very specific in saying Disney wanted their product (Rinosheild, a building paint substitute as far as I can tell) for use on the new hotel. Wonder if this is something that should be reported to Disney legal.

The Mona Lisa Hotel is in Celebration. I do not know if it currently owned by Disney, but it was when it was built. And very possibly the building is stilled owned by Disney while the management may be from a different company; this is very common in the hotel industry.
