Adventurers Club Rumor - can anyone confirm or deny?

Heard this via a "friend of a friend" a week or two ago (albeit one I know hands out at AC regularly), and I've seen references in posts here and elsewhere without much detail. Is Disney really planning to lay off some (or all) of the performers (i.e. Hathaway, Pamelia, etc.)?!? I heard Feb. 10, which would make this the last weekend to see the originals. I have no idea if this is accurate, I really hope it is not--does anyone have the straight dope?

I was there last week. There were quite a few scathing digs at Disney sprinkled into the show. Could be something, or it could be nothing considering that it was CM get in free night (or at least they announced it was).

I have a lot of friends on the Island, and if this was true, I would think they would have mentioned something to me. They've kept me up to date with all the rumors thus far, and this isn't one of them I've heard.

It would surprise me... needless to say.

I can say that I know of at least one longtime performer whose contract was not renewed and will be ending within the next couple weeks, though I am not sure of the exact date.

This would be SO stupid but then it seemed inevitable once they gutted the entertainment in the parks. Sigh...

They have hired a few new cast members, some of whom who have already debuted.

One performer left to join the cast of a Broadway show. I am not comfortable posting anyone else's contract status on the boards.
