Adventurer's Club late opening

How far in advance can you find out if the Adventurer's Club will open late due to a private function? We only go to the Comedy Club and AC when we go to PI for an evening and want to be able to go on a night when it opens at the usual hour. Oh, and how can I find out this information?

Not sure if there is anywhere that it is listed publicly (someone else migt have that info)... but Cast information goes through April 9 right now. I see that your countdown is a ways off. I would suggest (unless of course someone knows of a place to look) that you post the question about a month before you go and see if a CM can get the info for you...

When you get your park schedules at resort checkin, it might be mentioned there. If you're offsite that won't help you. You could always go to the first CW show and drop into the AC when it lets out, assuming it's open by then.

Usually the Adventures Club is open by 9:00 or 9:30 if there is a private function. Sometimes, if the party is smaller, they move them into a room for a show, and open the rest of the building for guests.

You can find out for sure if there is a banquet that night by stopping at one of the ticket booths outside of PI.
