Advantage Car Seats

I have a reservation with Advantage car rentals with a car seat for my upcoming trip. Has anyone rented from them with a car seat? I have had a couple of reports from friends that the car seats they rented were disgusting (not from Advantage just from car reantal agencies in general).

I was also wondering if they install them for you. I have never put in the car seat and DH is not coming on this trip with us. Any info would be great.
