Advanced room only reservation

I just called Disney to make a reservation for Art of Animation in February 2020 and was told that The Little Mermaid rooms probably haven’t been released yet. I could get a family suit no problem but no standard rooms.

Aren’t all rooms available 499 days in advance? And if not then how do I know when to call again?

Call back anytime and hopefully you get a more informed CM.
