Advanced reservation question

3 families going. Two staying at dolphin, other at beach club. If accounts are linked can dining reservations be made for entire trip 180 days in advance of check in? (180+10). And if so, can anybody make the reservation (accounts linked) or must it be from the MDE account of the person staying at beach club?

Anyone, staying on it off site or living locally, ANYONE can make dining reservations at 180 days. The difference between staying on or off site is that on site guests can make up to 10 days of ADRs once their 180 day hits. Off site and locals must wait until 180 days from EACH day for which they make ADRs.

If you are all eating together, the on site guest can make the ADR for the entire group. In fact, they may be able to make everyone’s ADRs even if they don’t eat together but I am not sure of that.

The people staying on site can make reservations for everyone, you don't have to fill in names for restaurants that aren't prepaid (so those might be a bit trickier I'm not sure). It also doesn't matter the number of people on the hotel reservation they will be able to make the dining reservation for more people.
