Advanced check-in...or something like that??

A few months back I remember seeing some posts regarding "advance check-ins" where you call the resort about a week prior to your trip. Of course at the time I didnt pay much attention to it as our trip was a few months away...but guess what, we are about a week away now and am wishing I would have paid more attention. Can anyone fill me in?? Thanks

It was some kind of trial thing they did at the Poly where you could call ahead so that when you arrive, you went to a separate faster line, where they already had all your paperwork and keys ready for you. It ended many months ago, and apparently wasn't worth keeping around.

Thank you...I wondered if it went away since I havent seen anyone talking about it lately! One less thing to do before we leave!!!
