When I made our initial reservations, I didn't have to pay for CRT in advance, just use the credit card to hold it. Now it wants payment in advance when I am trying to change it. Any suggestions? We have the deluxe dining plan.
Are you trying to change it on your phone? I tried to do something similar the other day on my phone and it told me I had to pay in full. Then I went onto my PC and it didn't require prepayment.
on the old site there was a way to plug in your confirmation number to show your dining so it would not charge your card. I have not seen this on the new site but I may be missing it. Call and talk to a CM, they can fix it for you.
