Must you be booked to stay at a Disney Resort in order to make advance reservations at table service restaurants? Or can anyone book those dining reservations, even though they are not staying at a Disney hotel?

You do not have to be booked at a Disney-owned resort to book ADRs, however, there is a difference in how and when you can book them if you're staying onsite.

Guests staying at a WDW resort hotel can book ADRs 180 days out for up to 10 days of their vacation (commonly referred to as 180+10). For example, if you were staying 10 days, you could make all of your reservations on the same day.

Guests not staying at a WDW resort hotel can book ADRs 180 days out, period. For example, if you were staying 10 days, you would have to call at each day's 180-day-out mark in order to book the reservations for that day. (IE: Friday is your 180 days out day. You would need to call on Friday to book day 1's ADRs, then on Saturday for day 2's ADRs, on Sunday for day 3's, etc.)

Make sense? :goodvibes
