Dh and I are traveling for 8 days during Food and Wine. We will be staying at the Beach Club, concierge. We will not be using a dining plan and will have a TIW card. When we usually go to Disney we have our 4 kids along and are on a dining plan. We both eat about anything, we need probably 4-5 ADRs, where would you go?

Some of our favorites are:

Ohana
Les Chef de France
Teppan Edo
Raglan Road

DW and I took a trip without kids the week after Thanksgiving last year. We really, really enjoyed it! We took a tour, visited the resorts to see the Christmas decorations and ate at nicer restaurants. No commando. Took our time and noticed so many things previously missed while rushing around with children. Rode fewer rides. Our favorite restaurants during this trip were....

V&A - hands down best (and most expensive) restaurant in all of central FL. AAA 5 diamond restaurant
Bistro de Paris - romantic and elegant; voted best theme park restaurant in FL
Jiko - different experience with eclectic food choices

Make a late ADR and most of the small children will be gone. They all three take TIW too!

V&A
Bluezoo
Il Mulino
Shulas

The last 3 are within walking distance of BC and except for V&A, are better than Disney's signatures and definitely more adult.

Bistro de Paris used to be a favorite but all recent reviews have been negative.

Citricos also has a more adult atmosphere and a very nice menu with amazing service. It's the most adult of Disney's signatures.

Citricos
Jiko
Flying Fish
bluezoo
Sanaa

If you can splurge on V & A, then I'd drop Sanaa and go there instead (haven't tried it myself though).

I can't believe no one has said Flying Fish! It's right there at the Boardwalk, and it's one of our favorite places at WDW.

Thanis for all the tips! I hadn't thought of Flying Fish, we haven't been there in ages! We have never tried the Bistro de Paris or bluezoo, thanks again!
We did go to Victoria and Alberts for our 20th anniversary, I don't know if I could get DH back there, he thought it was too fussy :confused3

In order:

Bluezoo
Il Mulino
Citricos
Flying Fish
Jiko

V&A

Il Mulino

I'm sure you can see the trend here. ;)
I put bold font on the places within walking distance of Beach Club. However, I really like the alternate suggestions these people made, as well. I'd be happy eating at any of them.

Brown Derby fantasmic pkg. Kona for Breakfast or Boma. We eat so much at the F & W fest we don't do alot of sit downs.

Don't forget to make a meal of it at Food and Wine! No need to make a reservation anywhere... we have done that in the past while at the festival and really regretted it.

We usually have breakfast at Sunshine Seasons and hit up Future World. Head out to WS for late lunch... and let the grazing begin! So much fun, we save it for the last day every year!

I agree with most of the posts here...would definitely recommend:

Bistro de Paris (1st choice hands down!)
Citricos
Bluezoo

We're doing the same thing (adults only F&W trip), leaving this Wednesday :) and we've booked Artist Point and Sanaa as well...but can't give a recommendation yet because they are new for us.

Hope you have fun!!!!

If you can still get in - the 3D Dessert Discovery at F&W. It doesn't take TIW, but is geared more toward grownups - there are cordials included in the price. We did this last year and this year we booked the Sweet Seats which is a reserved area within the event. It is only held one day a week.
There are several dessert stations set up with both hot and cold desserts (the drunken donuts are great). After the party they escort you to a reserved Illuminations viewing area (between the two stores at the entrance to the World Showcase) - one of the best for viewing.

For our adults only trip last year (also during F&WF) we did:
YSH
Bistro de Paris
Tea at the Gardenview lounge
Lunch at 50s PTC

This year we're doing:
YSH
Kouzzina
Flying Fish
Yak and Yeti
Brown Derby
Via Napoli

Some great recommendations already mentioned!

Here are some of mine:
Il Mulino
Narcoossee's (has been hit or miss, but the last time I was there...in February...it was on a high note)
Portobello (in Downtown Disney)
Blue Zoo

Enjoy your trip!

That is what we are planning on doing for our F&W day. Sunshine Seasons for bf then graze!!

As for adult-only trips, dbf and I just went on one, and I really loved Kona Cafe, Tokyo Dining, and Raglan Road. We made our ADR's for 8pm and later too. I think that helped, because it wasn't peak dining time.

For our next trip we have ADR for Artist Point at WL. I have heard fantastic reviews about it, nice, quiet, and relaxing.:goodvibes
