adults only quick trip suggestions?

We are debating coming down and doing a quick, adults only, 2 night get away for Flower & Garden. Any suggestions on a nice place to stay? We will have a car so that is not an issue.

We stayed at the Omni at Champions Gate last summer and liked it so much we booked it for Easter week and most likely will stay there as part of our summer trip. Take a look at their web site to see if it works for you. (And it will cost us $50 less than a Disney Value!)
