Adults Only Germany?

We're thinking of going to Germany this year... and of course I want to bring Disney into it. Has anyone been on the Adults Only Germany trip? I'd like to know what activities get swapped out and for what... also if there's a lot of time set aside for drinking. (We don't drink at all.)

We were just on an adults only trip and I don't drink. We were even there at Oktoberfest. Events really do not get swapped, just the kids portion (like the hike through the woods and movie nght) get dropped. I was able to order Soda, tea, water, or another alternate instead of beer or wine at every meal.
