I just returned from a trip, and I was cut in front of numerous times. I get used to it. Everyone thinks you are just "standing there" for no reason, I guess! Or the cutters assume you are with the group in front of you. I usually speak up, and the CM's are good about helping me.
I got a good story - last week I was in line to meet the princesses during
MNSSHP. A family got behind me, who did not understand much english, and maybe did not know line etiquette, I guess. The kids kept shoving against me, or just trying to walk right around me. I stood firm with my legs firmly apart and my huge backpack at my side! But when I reached the top of the line where they take groups of people into the rooms, the CM stopped the line with me and roped it off, so I would be 1st in the next group of people. When the CM was not looking, the family behind me just ran right around me, ducking under the ropes and ran towards the princess room.

. Once again, they assumed I was just standing alone in a roped-off line for no reason.
When the CM returned to get more people, she asked me where that family came from. I was more than happy to tell her they cut in line.

So when I got to the princess room, the family was there in line, but the CM stopped them, saying whether they understand english or not, they have to wait their turn! The CM let me go ahead of them, and I got to meet Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip!

I thanked that CM very much, for it was wonderful to see her "right a wrong" for me, and take a stand.
