Adults Day including MK After Hours

My best friend and I are doing an adults Orlando trip 2/13-2/20, this is mostly a Universal Orlando Resort trip but because I am an AP we decided to do one Disney day. Last minute we added on the MK After Hours event on 2/16. We are doing EP during the day.

What are peoples suggestions for the best 2 traveler experience in EP (I have never been with out a little one)?

How about MK After Hours? What should we expect?

I went to the first MK After Hours Jan 20. About an hour after park closing, it was dead. It took a bit of time to clear out the regular park goers. I'm surprised they didn't announce closing. My friend and I had a jungle cruise boat to ourselves. The skipper let us steer the boat and took pictures of us. We rode the carousel with just two other people and had an extra long meet and greet with the princesses. You can have as much drinks, ice cream and I think popcorn as you want. People were sitting in the middle of main street just hanging out. EXCELLENT opportunity to take photos. There are some photopass photographers out as well.

That was in January. Not sure if they sold very many tickets that night. Since President's Day weekend is coming up, not sure what it would be like now.
