I am planning a trip for Spring Break with both boys, DDIL, and the 2 grandkids. I found out that the grandkid's Spring Break and ours are the same!

Wish I could join you, Dan. I had originally planned a trip for 12/4-12/12. However, where I work (small rural hospital), we had our first layoffs since I've been there (20 yrs). Although our department wasn't affected, it made think that perhaps I better build up that emergency reserve a little bit higher than it is.
Bummed me out, too, as I was there same time last year and had a great time solo.
I hope to get down there in Apr/May 2010, though.
Have fun anyways. If you get time, post a trip report when you get home. I'm curious as to how Space Mtn has changed and anything new to report.

Arriving 12/05 and leaving 12/12. Requested loop 2000 this time, have always been in 1500 previously. Decided I want to see how the 'other' half lives!

There are 23 of us solos scheduled for dinner at Bomas on the 13th!!! We have an extra 7 seats open as of last night. You are welcome to join us!! I will be at BWV and AKV from 12/3 through 12/15. Hope to see you there.

...but unfortunately, my next solo trip is slated for the first week of February 2010. Maybe another time, now that I'm a DVC owner.

I am booked for my first solo trip to the World ( Happy Place)
I will be at CSR Dec 1 thru 8th. The only thing I have booked is the backcountry Segway tour, which I will follow with lunch at the buffet at Fort Wilderness. Other than that I am a free spirit, not tied to any ADR's, though I would love to try the Gospel Brunch at the House of Blues on the Sunday.
I am a little alarmed at the way everything is fully booked that week, but I got so excited to get a cheap airfare I was swept up in the Disney moment !
I will try Yeehaa Bob at POLFQ and maybe the Christmas Party at MK.

Hi Dan....I'll be there from Nov 29-Dec 13..wish I could join the others for Boma dinner but sadly, I fly out that morning. Can't complain though. I'll be at AKL-Jambo, BWV, AKL-Kidani, POP, BWV..yep, gonna be hard to figure out where to return to each night. See you then...at some point. We have to say hi at some point..it's been too long.

I'm staying at Pop from 12-1 to 12-4, MVMCP on 12-3. I'm super excited for my second solo trip. I saw there were lots of solo travelers listed for early December, we should schedule our own meet if everyone is interested!

I'll be at VWL with my DD and DS Dec 3-7 (I might shift to 4-8 if the airfare cooperates).
We were in the area at Christmas/New Years last year, but really missed the lodge (never ventured over either) - looking for an infusion of Christmas to bring back home!
VWL is beautiful that time of the year, twinklebug. Maybe we will meet up some where too.
My wife and I will be there Dec 1-6, give or take. I realize that doesn't quite count as solo, but it is the first trip without kids in a while. Should be nice. Unfortunately we waited until last minute to try to get some dining reservations, so our favorites seemed to be gone, at least on the online booking. The upside is that means NEW places to eat!
Keep trying on those eats, dryvithome. You guys will have a ball.

Long time lurker as well, but first time poster. My wife and I are headed out for a much needed vacation Dec 4-12. Since we don't have kids, we're used to enjoying the parks on our own, but last year we did decide to take my 10 year old bil for his first trip.
Looking forward to the trip and possibly meeting some other Disneyphiles while we're there.
I'll be there, 4 or 5 days while you are.
