WAIT WAIT WAIT. You're going to be there that weekend too? Did I already know this? Did we talk about this? Which race(s) did you sign up for? What are your trip dates? Where are you staying? WHEN CAN WE DISMEET, OMG OMG OMG!

Yes I am! It's going to be extremely short though - I'm signed up for the half, and because of work we basically are going to get there Friday evening and leave Sunday after the race and getting some lunch. So there's a potential for a park day on Saturday (probably MK - but taking it easy). And I'm hoping we can leave early enough to do an 'Ohana reservation Friday night But we'll see! Right now we're at the Poly, but we are thinking about calling here shortly when our 7 month window opens to see if we can get something a little cheaper on points. But secretly I want to stay at the Poly because it's so awesome

If at all possible, we should try to meet up! That would be so cool

Oh no :/ But you got in! Which is the exciting part I'm going to be jealous of your medal - I just get the generic one with no special princess stuff on it, but I'm already trying to think of a way to make up a blue Bell costume. It may be tricky, but I'm going to try!

I get the work thing. They blocked DIS for awhile and now it's back but all images are blocked but at least I can read the post. They also blocked the Disney website which is just uncalled for and unethical.

I took a break from the dis, too, so now I'm all caught up. I will have to check you out on goodreads because reading is usually my jam. I am unfortunately in a serious book slump this year; I had to give up my reading challenge because I can barely get through a single book. It's rough. Amazed by your capacity to get through that many. I am also fostering, but this will be a foster failure. She's four weeks old, and I can barely stop looking at all the cuteness.

Now that you're in double digits, there'll be more plans. Can't wait to read about them.

The verdict is for $75 I can't justify possibly not being able to make it..... If it was $35 or $40 I would have signed up and if I had to skip I would have.....hopefully we will both do another race, or visit that over lap soon!

If you can't make it in 2017, I think there's a way you can move your registration to the 2018 race instead. Juuuust a thought!

They did Belle a few years ago, so nobody thought they'd do her again so soon. But all signs are pointing to Belle ... we won't know for sure until the medals are revealed (likely in late December or early January, because runDisney sucks with such things), but hopefully they're not just messing with people and you'll get to run in a race themed after your favorite princess!
(You did register, right? If not ... go do it now! After the insanity of registration over the past few years, I'm kinda surprised that only the 10K sold out so far ... runDisney has not been selling out like it used to this year)

I DID indeed register, as did a couple of my traveling companions! I thought I wrote about it. Maybe not. I've become a horrible DISer. Losing the capability during downtime at work has really messed me up!

Guh, I need to sit down and think about FastPasses! I have no idea how I wanna set those up!

Let me know what your plans are for Friday night! I'll be at Epcot until 9:30pm or so, and we're leaving Saturday morning. I'd be more than happy to scoot myself on over to the Poly after I leave Epcot, maybe we can grab a treat at Captain Cook's or a drink at one of the lounges, but I dunno if you'll be up that late!

Alternatively, we'll be at the Contemporary for a late-ish breakfast (11am or so) at The Wave on Saturday morning before we hit the road. I know my family be ready to get home so I don't want to leave them hanging while I take off to the Poly for a while, but maybe ya'll could come by the Contemporary for at least a hug and photo before ya'll head to MK?

Hopefully we can figure something out!

You would think so, but I haven't done ANYTHING new with the trip! I'm going to try to sit down tomorrow and at least write a life update. Not that I expect anybody to read or comment on it, since I've become a complete turd about participating in others threads!

Oh, they all offer a lot of the same designs (often just with different names), but there are usually also ones exclusive to that particular park. There is one location in each park, and also one at Disney Springs as well. I'm not at all partial to any of them in particular, really... You just see me using the one at MK in my trip reports a lot because that location just happened to work out conveniently during those visits. I typically will only do it if I can get it done during the first part of the day (so that I get more of my money's worth out of it), and if I have time to stop for it between FP+ and ADRs. Sometimes getting to the location means criss-crossing the park, which I don't mind at all, but sometimes time just won't allow for it.

Luckily, we have to use the actual Disney website for clients, so I'll always have that.

I've been curious as to what a travel agent can see. We are using one for our October trip and I notice that her name is included on our Magical Express luggage tags. I made the DME reservation online instead of asking her to do it. Can the travel agents see all the resort reservations including ones that they didn't make? I assume they can see fast passes and ADR's. Can they see all your friends, too? Can they see your past history?

Guh, I need to sit down and think about FastPasses! I have no idea how I wanna set those up!

Our fp day is Tuesday. Outside of making sure we see the new Frozen ride and Soarin', I'm not sure what I want yet, either.

I was finally able to get a 6:30pm ADR at Yak and Yeti. I have been waiting for the dinner times to open up for ages. Now I can have pot stickers and a Yak Attack. We love the pot stickers there. And I had a Yak Attack by mistake last time when the waiter brought me the wrong drink. It was a delicous mistake. It is fun to go over to AK for dinner. No one is on the park bus going to AK in the late afternoon and we have had some good safari rides around the dinner hour.
