No. Adults aren't allowed to wear costumes and the CMs would probably be in for an argument if they told someone they couldn't wear something they had just purchased in one of their stores.

Do you mean clothes from the different countries, or a t-shirt printed to look like Buzz Lightyear or something? Disney does not sell any adult sized costumes of their characters at their parks. Disney Store does sell some adult costumes for Halloween and such, but the parks do not.

Where? I hope you aren't referring to traditional national clothing (like the kimono in Japan) as costumes!
