I've finally done it! I have convinced my husband to take me to Disney World!!! ( I agreed to stop smoking if he agreed to the trip, everyone wins right?) We are going in February! EEEK! I am so excited!!!! I'm a total Disneyphile! Always have been. I started going with my family when I was 3, and have been many many times since.
The Husband on the other hand, went as a kid, once and therefore doesn't see the appeal of 2 childless adults going. He actually said " wont people think we are creepers? Going without kids?" I explained that this was not the case.
My inner kid is jumping up and down thinking about Fantasyland and the Castle and how I'll cry when I see it and well just everything! Husband doesn't seem to have an inner kid. Not one I can reach at least.
So my question is, what adult type things can I mix in to the plans to appease him? I initially thought we'd do a "Pleasure Island" night of bar hopping. Sadly I find that the clubs all closed in 2008. ( my last trip was in '07) so I am now at a loss. What can I plan to make him feel as though I've not taken him to a land of nothing but children?
