I was hoping to do a National Geographic cruise to Alaska when my boys are teenagers but not if their captains are foolishly cutting off bigger boats in Arctic temp waters! Thanks for the updated pics and the honest assessment of Palo. I think we will still try to book it but maybe for our last sea day when the novelty of a different breakfast/lunch menu may be most sorely needed.

I feel terrible not reporting it as glowingly as the other reports I have read, especially after the years of build up I'd given it. Honestly, now two months later, I long for it it desperately. lol
