Disney Category -
1. The M-I-C-K-E-Y-M-O-U-S-E spelling bee ad.

2. Woman thought she's getting a pair of shoe as wedding proposal. Rarely shown, but it had me in tears.

Other categories -
1. NYC 2012 Olympic ad. 2 people fenced on the sidewalk, winner gets the taxi. The caption says "We've been preparing this FOREVER".

2. Target ads.

The Washington Mutual tv ad where they're attaching a bar code to the guys forehead - then trying to "scan" him...

Non- Disney Izuzu (sp) where they lock the accountant in the closet. (Before I get flamed, I'm a CPA - soooo misunderstood.)

The IKEA commercials with the lamp and the cow creamer. "You feel sorry for the little lamp? That's because you crazy. Lamps don't have feelings." I crack up every time.

The Dupont carpet commercial where the cat, dog and hamster plan to trip their owner so he spills his tray. Love it when the hamster raises his paws in victory.

I liked the Staples ad where the dad is running all over the store kicking up his heels and throwing stuff into the cart while his kids roll their eyes. The background music is "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year". They do it around back-to-school time.

My favorite Disney ads are:

1. Where the baby brother is a "little souvenier" from the cruise.
2. The "I'm too excited" and the parents can't sleep

Non-Disney:

1. I like the K-Mart (?) boxer commercial with the guy dancing around in his underwear. Something about the way he dances just makes me laugh.

2. I also like several of those "How bad have you got it?" ads for Nascar. I hate Nascar but my family is obsessive about it so I can relate.

disney related...i like all of them actually...but the ones that get me every time...

1. the one with the little guy talking it up about what he's gonna say when he meets mickey and goes all day without seeing him...then he gets to see him and can't say a word!

2. my favorite one is the one where the parents are talking to their son on the phone and telling him about how he can't go cuz his wife and kids wouldn't understand...i'm telling ya..that's me...

truth be told, most of them actually make me cry...i'm such a softy...

My favorites are The Gap Christmas ads. Looking forward to seeing what they come up with for this season.

I finally saw the commercial with Walt Disney as a child. The one where his parents wonder what he'll be when he grows up.

I still love the "Start The Commotion" Mitsubishi commercial.

2. It's not Christmas until I see Santa cruising over the snowbanks on his Norelco

3. I have a love-hate relationship with the Hallmark ads

4. I miss all the Ronco ads. Boy, did I want the glass cutter where you could turn pop bottles into glasswear for the table! Try explaining that to kids who only know softdrinks on PLASTIC bottles!

Pugsley, you're so right. I saw that IKEA lamp ad once, and I was laughing out so loud......after feeling really bad for that lamp.

I love the new Saturn Vue commercial with the guys in the woods. All of a sudden you hear a banjo start playing Dueling Banjos and all the guys jump in the car and take off.

Favorite Disney one: Walt as a child

Favorite non-Disney: Nascar commercials and other commercial aired during Nascar races. Like the one where Mike Waltrip ponders racing in the center of an empty race track to realize he's at the wrong track.
Dodge truck commercial where the little 'pee on' guy stands next to the Dodge ram head sticker on the truck window like he's going to pee on it, and the ram snorts and gets mad and scares the 'pee on' guy away.

Huggies -all of them- where the baby takes off the diaper to stop the leak in the pipe or waterhose.
