We made our ADR's this morning for our Sept 28-Oct 1 visit and the CM told us that we could have made them 10 days earlier because we are staying at SSR. Anyone else heard this?

Anyone staying at a WDW resort (not just DVC) can make reservations for up to 10 days once you reach the 180 mark. It's usually called 180 + 10.

The 180+10 perk makes it a lot easier on the Guests and the CMs taking the ADRs. Works for me! :cool1:

Thanks! I didn't know about those extra 10 days-and I WILL be taking advantage for my Christmas trip!

Just keep in mind that the intention is to be able to make all your reservations at one time, not really to cut ahead in line.

So it's my understanding that they don't have many tables available at hard to get location such as CRT...so if it's sold out when you call for 180 + 10 be sure and call at 180 mark as well.

Sweet, I didn't know about this! I learn something new on these boards everyday! :goodvibes

I think it does both for most dining reservations. Making the reservations in one call is better for the guest and I would think for WDW too.

But it does also allow guests a chance to call a bit ahead of someone else starting their vacation the same day but staying off site. So if it matters to you to get Chefs at 6 rather than 6:30, I would think your odds are slightly better with 180 + 10.

I do agree with you about CRT from what I've read. And Chef's Table at V&A is 180 regardless.

Personally, I usually just call when I get around to it somewhere within the first month of eligibilty. Make them all at once and I'm set.
