ADR's waiting time?

Hi, is anyone booking ADR'S having the same problem as me? I have phoned a few times today, and when it gets to the bit where she says"your wait time will be less than...." It keeps cutting out! I don't know whether to hang on , or try again! I've just put the phone down again after waiting nearly 15 mins!!

I tried again today at midday, and got through in about 10 mins. Still couldn't get Mama Melrose/Fantasmic package, so will have to keep trying!

Yep, mine did that too yesterday - I thought it was my phone being a bit dodgy so I'm glad to see I'm not the only one! Still very annoying though, I'm trying to figure out the best time to call in order to get a minimal wait. I've never had to wait when ringing Disney before

I know! It didn't happen to me today though, and the Disney music/chat that you hear while you are waiting was actually audible. The CM that answered caught me out warbling along to 'everybody's got a laughing place'!
As for when to ring, I read somewhere that about now, between 3.30 and 4.30 is good. Can't vouch for it myself though. This morning was the quickest I've got through, and that was dead on 12. The first call I made was just too soon, and the office was shut. By the time I hung up and redialed, I had to wait 10mins.
