Some additional info / We are staying at VWL until Day 6 then the rest will be at DAK. I tried to keep everything organized by where we are staying but could use some tips

Thanks guys!

Hi!
It seems you have a good selection of restaurants- hitting ones you like more than once.
What strikes me right off:
For the love of all that is holy in this world, that is a LOT of food!!! TS 3 times a day! WOW!! I'm full thinking about it!:rotfl: If you keep this ADR schedule, please, please write a dining report. I'd love to read it!
(will you have your own car? if not, you may spend a lot of time during the day getting to and from restaurants using Disney transportation)

I hope you have a wonderful vacation!

I think you have all the bases covered! Great choices!:thumbsup2

Will you have any extra time to actually tour the parks??!! Between the meals themselves, and the travel time to and from the restaurants, you will be spending big chunks of each day just in the pursuit of food. That seems like a LOT of TS dining- and it will take LOTS of time away from time you could be spending experiencing attractions. If you feel you can still have enough time to see what you want to see, I say go for it. My family would tire of sit-down dining pretty quickly, though.

Well, we actually took all of that into consideration

Its been a planning nightmare as the entire family is going and we just "had to" go on these dates to please 1 person. I for one do not care for the Oct crowds the F&W is nice but way too crowded and MNSSHP is great if you have little ones but for us once was enough so the 2nd and 3rd time did us in for a while!

So the way we approached this was: We will be back next year for dates that are less crowded where lines may be less of an issue hence will want to spend more time in the parks. This year we wanted to just take the slow lane and really enjoy the dining scene without racing from one park to the next to "hurry up an wait"

I figured rather then find myself upset at every turn, why not just stop, relax and smell the roses this year and make the best of it. DF loves the WDW dining anyway and before any of our ADRs are set in stone we still have to check w/ the rest of our gathering of family members to see what big events they may have planned.

There were just some that we know we want for sure but didnt want to wait any longer to book. (We had a hard time last year :sad1: )

We decided also that we are going to sit down and remove 1 TS from each day once we talk to the family...any suggestions on which ones to ditch?

Keep the feedback coming! I appreciate it!:)

Hi, we will be there about the same time! We are going 9/27 through 10/3 and staying at the BC. I go there to eat also and this year are bringing my foodie DDIL and DS plus DGD! I too see good reasons to eat at the restaurants you like even if they are repeats. Love Boma, Brown Derby Citricos. Jiko, CP. Like another poster IMHO you have a lot of TS breakfasts plus other meals. Given the time you are going you probably have free dining as I do. I would suggest you explore some faster breakfasts though. For example, without losing the quality of your dining, we love Konas for breakfast! Much superior to O'Hanas - though Lilo and Stritch.... But seriously Kona has a great breakfast. So day 6 it might be an idea to have a late breakfast at Konas after you move and then skip lunch since you are having a great dinner at Jiko that night...

Also you will be there during the F and W festival - I would eat a couple of meals by grazing through the world. Another suggestion is - since you are obviously foodie people yourselves, is to take in the the Party for the Senses - truly amazing food event - one price and the best food and wine and champagne and desserts. I think you would love it. Also I really like the Columbia Harbour House for a CS in the MK. Always seats and good fresh not fast food, but very fast service in a good location.

anyway, have fun - maybe we will see each other!

If it were *me* I'd drop the breakfasts but I am not a big AM eater. But you have some great choices so I don't know. I expect to be reading dining reviews from you after your trip! :cheer2:
