Can you cancel ADRs that require you to give a credit card when you make them? If so how far in advance do you have to cancel them not to get charged?

I believe the answer is 48 hours.

Yes, and any ADR guaranteed with a credit card must be called in to cancel; you cannot do it online.

The dinner shows and fantasmic packages require a CC, I think the candlelight show package does too?

I was required to give a CC # for my reservation at Cal. Grill. I was told I would be charged $10 if I was a no show. I can cancel up to 48 hours out.

Luau
Backyard BBQ
Hoop
CRT
Cali Grill
Akershus
I think Jiko--seems like I had to call to cancel it
Candlelight Processional and Fantasmic DInner Packages.

These and maybe one or two others require a cc guarantee (I'm thinking maybe Bistro de Paris and probably Victoria and Albert's--I've never made ressies at eitther)

Just FYI..we went to the Spirit of Aloha luau at the Polynesian recently and the full amount was charged to my credit card at time of booking. We had Category 1, I don't know if that makes a difference.
