ADR's prior to full payment

I'm staying Sept. 1-6 and taking advantage of the great offer. My question is can you make ADR's if you haven't finished paying for the trip? Also are there set places you can use the table service meals and counter service meals or if I made a rez at the Sci-Fi Dine-In could I use it as a counter service meal for lunch? Thanks

Yes you can make adr's without having your trip paid for. Sci Fi is considered a table service resturant so you can not use a counter service credit for this.
