ADRs Please help :(

I booked with Thomas Cook and we arrive on the 16th of August, therefore today is our 180 day window (yay!)
However my 12 digit refernece number isnt working on the site, which I understand is a common problem. I called the uk number and made a restaurant reservation for our first day there and was given another reference number for this booking. Is there any way I can view this refernece number and our dining reservations online?
I'm so confused right now, I want it to synch to our DDP so I can book the Spirit of Aloha, but I really want to be able to see what else I have booked first.

Can anyone offer me any advice?

Your travel agent reference number is likely not to be your disney booking ref number, ring them and ask for it. If not your can still make bokings, just give the CM your name, arrival date and hotel name and they should be able to find your ref no good luck

Sorry this is a problem at the moment with Disney.. Unless you book direct you dont seem to be given the new 8 digit number which you need to book and link your ADR's online.

If you are trying to complete your 180+10 ADR you can only do over the phone unless you can get the new code from Disney,from what I am seeing and hearing from friends.

I am going to call TCD in the morning and see if they can get the 8 digit number. If not does any one have the number to ring is there a UK one?

will be very interested to hear how you got on - we only had a problem getting the reference number once - contacted both VH and wdw but no luck and had to book all separate one day at a time
Every other trip got the reference easily be emailing VH and/or WDW and got booked at 180 days out.

We booked with Charter Travel who rang Disney and got the new 3+5 digit ref. I asked them at the time if they were sure it was correct as I had 12 digit one's during previous visits & was advised that it had been changed. I was ale to do my adr's on line & connect to my booking. Most have reported that they cannot get the new ref's unless they had booked with Disney direct, so not sure why I could.

The number that I called was 0800 16 90 730, and I was able to make my first booking this way. They gave me a 12 digit no for the restaurant reservation.

I was just wondering if there is anyway I can look at my booking online? Or am I just going to have to write the reservation numbers down to keep track of them?

I always keep my individual reservation number's, I put them on a planning spreadsheet. You never know if you will need them. I have only once for an 8.15am breakfast at Crystal Palace, once I gave them the number, my res was found & it had been for 8.15pm, they kindly sorted it for us to have breakfast there, though.

Hi if you want to view your reservations online you need to log in on the US site at the same time as you make the reservation then next time you log in click on my reservations although this dosent always work your reservations are in there somewhere.

I only have the 12 digit number from Complete Orlando but booked my first 10 days this morning over the phone via the freephone number without any problems. Happy booking!
