ADRs - please help!

You have some great ADRs there. I don't think you have too many character meals there, personally.

For MK I like Joh's idea of trying one of the resort eateries, though we had a very good meal in the Plaza restaurant - it was quite simple food but well prepared and the surroundings are very pleasant.

For Epcot - it is extremely hard to chose just one restaurant as there are so many great ones! But I would say Le Cellier - the steakhouse in Canada

Miffy2003, thanks for the vote of confidence regarding not having too many character meals. It's just that it is my 1st time in WDW and I am just sooo excited about seeing all the characters! I may well give the Plaza a try, Joh recommended that too. Simple food would probably suit me - it would match my mentality.

Susie, Rainforest Cafe is not included in the Dining Plan, it's just that I really want to eat there so I am going to pay for that one. Sorry!
