ADR's phone only?

Can you make ADR's from the DIS website or do you have to call? We are looking at CM for breakfast. We have never done a character breakfast. Is this the one to pick for the first time?

CM is a great character buffet. Unfortunately they only do ADR's by phone (and, of course, the # is not toll free). It would be nice to be able to do it online but I think they would need major technology to be able to let people go online and book and it automatically update to CRO for them not to double book something or vice versa.

There is talk that eventually we'll be able to make ADRs online, but at the moment, the only way is by phone. As far as the best first character meal, that depends. Chef Mickey's is great as far as the characers go, but we don't care for the dinner food there (breakfast is OK though). We feel Crystal Palace (breakfast and dinner) and Tusker House (breakfast) have better food. If you just want a wide variety of characters, the breakfast at 1900 Park Fare has Alice, Mad Hatter, Pooh, Tigger, and Mary Poppins (and also has good food).

By phone only. I wish they had it online. Or do we? Unless they control it from pepole double booking then it would be good.
