Taking my 12 year old son to WDW 8/9 - 8/16/09. His first trip and my first trip on-site. Stayed off site 16 years ago, so I feel like it's my first trip too. We have the deluxe dining plan. I was wondering in what order I should book my ADR's. Here is my list and order to call:

1-HOOP-DEE-DOO
2-MICKEYS BBQ
3-ALOHA SHOW
4-MAMA MELROSE-FANTASMIC PACKAGE
5-CRYSTAL PALACE-BREAKFAST
6-TUSKER HOUSE-BREAKFAST
7-LE CELLIER-LUNCH
8-GARDEN GRILL-DINNER
9-50'S PRIME-LUNCH
10-CHEF MICKEYS-BREAKFAST
11-OHANA-BREAKFAST
12-CAPE MAY-BREAKFAST
13-LIBERTY TREE- LUNCH

Thanks for your opinions!! I've been working on our schedule since I booked the trip on March 25! I can call on Monday, May 11.:cool1:

Mama Melrose - Fantasmic showings have been reduced and the packages have risen in demand.

Le Cellier - I know it's lunch but people not getting dinner often opt for lunch

Ohana breakfast - especially if you're after an early ADR. Same for CP

Hoop Dee Do

The rest would depend on when they fall in your trip and how strongly you want them

Pick you must do's first. Your first three you should be able to get, as they seat alot, so you might want to try some other fast filling places first. You might want to look at pushing up your Le Cellier, it fills up fast, even for lunch. Chef Mickey for Breakfast fills up super fast, I would bump that one up to the top. We did the MM/Fantastmic Package, I wasn't impressed with the food or the seating.

The Chef Mickey and Le Cellier would be the ones I would try first, then follow your plan, just try to book fast and furious and then come back to fine tune.

Also have a backup breakfast and dinner location already picked in case your first option is full. Like I said book first and then look to improve.

Thank you for the help! It's hard to figure out what you want to eat 90+ days in advance.

If I were doing these,
1. Chef Mickeys= it's a toughie
2. Le Cel
3. Mama Melrose
4. Tusker House
5. Hoop de doo
6. 50's Prime Time
7. Ohana
8. Crystal Palace
9. Mickey's BBQ
10.Aloha Luau
11.Cape May
12.Liberty Tree
13.Garden Grill

I based this on difficulty to get more than preference. MM and TH because they'll be hotter because of being tied to a show. Lotsaluck.
