Yea, I was first. I think it's close between the first 2 but a TA is the worst way to go because choices must often be made and I don't want anyone else making decisions for me.

i voted for TA... a *good* disney specialist TA who understands the process and knows her clients wishes and why they are choosing the restaurants/times/etc that they are choosing is invaluable and can be a major asset... plus, why get up at 6am if someone else can?!

We don't use a TA, we always book everything ourselves. I used the online ADR for the first time a few weeks ago and everything went great. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Online...def loved being in "control". But, if I had slow internet, quirky computer, or just not comfortable with comp/online, I'd def consider calling. Again, I love the online system & had everything I wanted in about 20 minutes and the availabilty to see other times/days/other choices almost asap.

Good luck & have fun!:goodvibes

Online opens up an hour before the phones. I had all mine done expect one I couldn't get by the time the phones opened. I started dialing just to see if they could find anything else- I couldn't even get through! Kept getting all circuits are busy for about 20 minutes. I finally got through and it said it was a thirty minute wait. I hung up and just finished online.

I was hesitant to book online as I've always called for my ADR's. But I did all my ADR's online last week and it was easy and quick.

I had to change one so I called the next day and the TA told me there was nothing available. So, I looked online and my time was available. I say book online.

I haven't used online yet, since I don't have a trip planned right now that's close enough. But I'd say 99% of the reports I've seen, from here and on the TGM forums, have been overwhelmingly positive about it.

The only negatives I've seen are the few times it's been down, or people having trouble accessing their reservation, so I recommend test driving it before your 90th day.

Dumb ? - where do you go to do the online ADR's? Thanks!

It's not the easiest thing to find. Wait for the Disney World page to fully load. Then click on book at the top and it gives you an option to book restaurant. Somewhere in there you'll need to retrieve your existing reservation. I tried last night but the system was down.

I'm trying to get it all figured out before my 90 day window opens which is still about a month away.

I chose 90 days online, have used it and didn't have any problems at all. I really enjoyed using it. I do wish they would get the shows & things like Fantasmic Dinner Package on the online system, because so many people will have to do both call & online unless they just want regular restaurants.

I agree :thumbsup2 On our first 4 trips we did it ourselves, but this time we decided to let our Dreams Unlimited TA do it for us, and we got everything we wanted in the times we wanted. It was so nice not having to worry about it.

I'll be up before 6 am on my 90 day mark. I've practiced so I think I'm ready to do it online. But I'll start trying to phone in at 6:59 am if I need to. And I also plan on having a draft copy of my requests ready to email to my Disney specialist TA to send off in a hurry if necessary.

Same here. I've had two instances where I was told that there was nothing available, but found exactly what I wanted online.

100% agree with this! :) Fortunately I have one! :) I can do all the planning (which is fun) and let my TA do all the actually implementing (which is NO fun).

ITA my Dreams Ta books mine and we always get what we want including CRT and LeCellier!

Definitely online. It opens an hour early and no waiting. I was done 8 ADRs in 15 minutes and got pretty much everything I wanted during free dining.

Ideally I would have liked to do mine over the internet. Seems like I can never get a clear line when calling Disney. Unfortunately for me it wouldn't let me do it online. I would enter the number of kids and then it would tell me I had to enter their ages but not give me an area to do so. Tried a ton of times with no luck. My sister went onto my account at her house and did a few for me online and I did the rest by phone. Not sure why it worked on her computer and not mine.
