ADRs off site?

Can you make ADRs if you are staying off site? If so, what is the window?

You can make your ADRs 90 days out. However, for off-site guests you must call every 90 day mark to make an ADR. Okay, that's worded poorly. Okay, for example: Today is the 90 day mark for October 2. You could make an ADR for October 2, but must call/book online tomorrow to make an ADR for October 3 and so on.

We are doing this at the moment and booking online at our 90day mark. I have to say that for free dining its been really difficult. A lot has been fully booked by those staying onsite before it gets to the 90 day mark for us. I've had to be really flexible and change a lot of plans, both times and restaurants. Although so far (as long as I can get 1900 PF and MBYBQ for certain days) I will be happy. Just make sure you have several options for each day....and I mean several...not just one.
