ADRs not showing-up

Only 1/2 of my ADRs are showing-up online. I was told there was a thread here about this but I can't find it.

Someone also said that WDW is doing another update today so hopefully this will correct the problem.

We worked long and hard on these ADRs - really don't want to see them disappear.

The same thing happened to me yesterday. An ADR I had booked a few weeks ago was nowhere to be found online, but they did have it when I called them on the phone.

I've learned to keep the email confirmations in a safe place.

There is a planned reservations outage schedule for today. Supposed to last until late tomorrow afternoon.

I print out my ADR's everytime I make a change so I always have a copy of the my most current list. There are several outages planned coming up, eventually the whole thing is going to go ka-Flooey.

Me, too! I am hoping they will just re-appear. The website said for the ones that don't show, don't worry, they are still in the system. Just log in and put in the confirmation number. That did not work, either!

Should I print out the email confirmations to bring to the restaurant? Or,is just having the number enough?

When I called yesterday with the same problem I was told by the CM that the missing ADR's will reappear. I will be checking to be sure of that! He seemed to be a little perturbed, so I imagine many are calling with all kinds of questions due to the upgrade.

I usually just take the confirmation numbers with me on a nice little excel chart...now I'm wondering about bringing those e-mail confirmations as well. I print them and put them into my travel binder (I'm a geek I know!) but I never take them to the park with me.
