? ADR's needed for Spoodles/YC Galley brft

Just wondering if anyone has eaten breakfast at either of these without ADR's and did you have to wait on a table? How was food and selection, particularly the buffet at YC Galley?

We had breakfast at Spoodles on Dec. 27, and the place was nearly empty!!!

If you go early I don't think you will need ADR's.

i agree w/byoung~early. we had breakfast at spoodles in early december~time was around 8:30. although we did not have to wait, party of 4, there was a wait when we left. BTW, very yummy and it is on the return list!

Spoodles' breakfast is on our list for every trip! The french toast is very good. We have found there is usually not a need for a ADR.

You can always call from your room as you are leaving. That way at least you would know if there could be a wait.

We had breakfasts at both Spoodles and the Yacth Club Galley last June without ADR's. We didn't have to wait at all and were seated immediately. However I must add we do tend to get up and out early at WDW so it was either at or close to their opening time. Both places were very quiet, even when we were leaving.

We just ate breakfast at both on our trip 2/27-3/6. For YCGalley we made an ADR the night before. There was a convention at YC so the rest. was busy but not full. Don't know how long a wait if didn't have ADR. It looked like they might not have had enough staff to fill all the tables. At Spoodles again I made the ADR the night before no problem but when we got there it was very busy, full of cheerleaders! They were giving out pagers! This was on Sunday. We were seated immediately so we were glad we had ADR.

Other trips we had no trouble being seated at Spoodles for breakfast as walk ins.
