Adr's my day is coming!!

Hi, I was looking through some info and now I'm confused!!My 180 days is coming up soon and since the day we arrive is Oct.13,I used this day to find out when I could call.But I was thinking,I don't want my first reservation until the 14.Does that mean I have to wait until April 17,instead of the 16 to call.HELP!!I live in Canada and to make my call I have to get up at 5am and don't want to get up anly to find out I'm a day too early!!

If I were you, I would just wait until the 17th so you are 180 days from your first dining reservation. I don't know what Disney's official policy is so I don't know if they would still let you call on the 16th. Perhaps someone else will chime in with more experience, though. But FWIW, the 180+10 is more of a convenience thing anyways so guests can make all their ADR's at the 180 day mark in one call, rather than having to call back everyday. Not all of the available dining slots are released until the 180 day mark, so if you use the 180+10 advantage, it is possible that the ADR time you want is not available. If that is the case, try again on the 180 day mark more for that ADR and you might have better luck. HTH

I was just there last week. I felt strange getting up at 5am. The checkin day is the day they go from. I get in so late my first day I made my first ADR for lunch the next day.
