ADR's, MNSSHP

how is disney going to limit capacity at restaurants when guests already have ADR's. are they just going to cancel some ADR's. Is MNSSHP still going to be held. if a guest cancels their reservation and has already booked MNSSHP will they be refunded if disney does plan to open MNSSHP. what about resort pools especially with shorter park hours. and which resort guests get to use the pool (first come first serve). still a lot of unanswered questions.
