Hi all,

It's a while until I can *try* and book my ADR's, but I was just wondering how I'd go about doing this from the UK? If anyone has any experience of doing this the advice would be much appriciated.

I'm looking to try and book CRT and I believe I need to ring exactly 180 days out, which I think will be October time. But obviously with the time differences between here in the UK and Florida, I'll need to work out what time I need to contact them etc...

I'm getting myself all in a mess thinking I won't make my reservations, and it's months away :lmao:

TYIA...

Heck, you can make yours in the afternoon. On the west coast, they have to get up in the middle of the night to call. You'll be fine.

We called at 2pm (UK time) which at the moment is 9 am in Florida. Not sure if you can use the AT&T Freephone numner to call to make ADR's.

i did mine throught the DVc member services so i'm noty sure on that one... makes for an expensive call if you cant...

I just called last month to book mine for November. I wanted CRT so I called at exactly 12 noon which is 7am Florida time. I had no problem getting through and got an 8:20am breakfast reservation on the day I wanted - and it was for 8 people! They were really really helpful and it couldn't have gone smoother! While I was on the phone I then booked all my other ADR's for the rest of the trip but they were ones that don't get booked out like CRT.

I, like you, was really worrying about it but I promise you there was nothing to have worried about.

Have a fantasic time!

Thanks guys...and yeah, I suppose it's not too bad that I get to call at 12 noon or 2pm, much better than the middle of the night! :thumbsup2

SweetPea...you don't happen to still have the number you used to call them do you? I've never had to call before so I don't even know were I'd get the number from.

Thanks again!

You will be fine. I have called the Disney Dining team many times and they have always been super helpful. I just called yesterday in fact to change some ADR's. I never had a problem with any of my reservations. Be warned though, once you have started making ADR's, it is not uncommon to change them again and again;)

I always find that when I phone it's a Sunday morning at about 12.30pm and I never have to wait.

0844 861 7878
after this number it tells you the going rate for calling USA then dial the normal disney dinning number
001 407 939 3463
It was 1p per minute when i rang to make my ADRs

I had to ring this week to make an ADR and book my tickets. I'm in Australia and was also worried about getting what I wanted. I have to say it was a marathon phone call. The first time I rang the CM put me on hold to go and check something and disconnected me so I had to ring again and start from the beginning. Then I booked my tickets. As I was doing it for 11 people and using 2 credit cards and also booking MVMCP, the call took just over 2hours. I hate to think what that is going to cost. And then after all that I had forgotten to book CRT so had to ring back. I didn't think I would get anything as I hadn't booked 180 days in advance, but the CM found availabilty for the 11 of us on the 2nd day he checked at exactly the time we wanted and all on the one table. :cloud9: I have to say each of the CM I spoke with were fantastic....particulary Jersey who did the tickets for me. Now I have to ring and book the rest of my ADR's.:dance3:

You will have no problems booking your ADRs from the UK :) It's quick and easy and the CM's are very friendly.

Just call the normal WDW-DINE number:

00 1 407 939 3463 (from the UK)

If asked for a phone number just enter your home number together with your STD code minus the leading '0'.
The 'pound' sign is what we call the 'hash key' in the UK - '#'

Remember to make a note of the ADR references :)

If you have any other trip planning questions that are UK orientated why not pop over to the UK Trip Planning Board :yay:

Hi Tinks

It's the WDW Dine number that someone has kindly already put above. I had about 8 ADR's to make including CRT and suppose I was on the telephone in total about 30 minutes. Don't know what it cost as I was a bit cheeky and phoned from my parents house!!

I did just get my credit card statement though and got a good rate of $1.93 for the ADR's so it made the cost of CRT a bit cheaper than I had originally thought. Kind of makes up for the phone call.
