ADRs for TS solo?

Would I really need ADRs for 1 diner at TS restaurants, going the week after Thanksgiving 2008? Last time I was a solo diner at WDW (2005), I was able to walk right up to the TS restaurants with a bar-type area, like Jiko, and eat right in front of the chefs. It was great, they stuffed me!

Is there a listing someplace with TS restuarants with a bar/counter like the one at Jiko?

I made solo ADRs , But wouldn't mind sitting at a Bar even though I don't drink!!!

i feel like someone else just asked this question (about eating at bars) and got lots of good responses. i'm gonna go look for that thread and come back and link you to it.
