I am quite happy with what we were able to get, considering I just booked it all on Monday! 
We were originally going to go during the week of the 4th of July. But we found out that some friends were going down during the week of Memorial Day. Here is the group going down:
DH, DD (3 1/2), DS (almost 2), me
Group 1 (had the tripped booked before us) DW, DH, DD (3), DS (2)
Group 2 (booked the trip with us) DW, DH, DS (3 1/2), DD (9 months)
So group 1 already had some meals booked. We tried to book what we could around their ADR's. Here is what we have so far:
Monday, May 29th
'Ohana Character Breakfast
Party of 4
(We will meet up with group 1. Group 2 doesn't get in until later that night)
Tuesday, May 30th
1900 Park Fare Cinderella's Galla Feast
Party of 8
(Reservations are for group 2 and us. Group 1 has an earlier seating. We will try to see if we can get in with them. Or let them eat and meet up with them later.)
Wednesday, May 31st
Whispering Canyon Cafe for dinner
Party of 8
(Reservations are for group 2 and us. Group 1 has Chef Mickey's booked. They actually want to try to get in with us at Whispering Canyon, since they have done Chef Mickey's before).
Thursday, June 1st
Princess Storybook Breakfast in Norway
Party of 8
(Reservations are for group 2 and us. Group 1 has the breakfast booked already at the same time.)
Friday, June 2nd
'Ohana for dinner

(Reservations are for all 3 groups together! I was really excited about this!!! Especially for such a big group!)
We are considering doing the dining plan. I was told that I could still add on the plan with the reservations that I have made. I am very excited about the trip! We will be down in Disney a month from today!!!
