It's definitely not impossible. We just booked a trip for the second week of November and I've been checking online daily for openings in various restaurants. There was nothing at Le Cellier and then suddenly a 5pm dinner showed up out of the blue so we took it. Just keep going back and hopefully something will come up.

Now I just have to get a decent dinner time for Chef Mickey's and I'll be set.
