ADRs for Late Feb. - Early March?

I'm sure this has been addressed but SEARCH isn't getting me anywhere. When will I be able to start making dining ressies for Feb. 26 - March 6?

I heard late November. The 21st is sticking in my head right now.
I'll be there the last week of February and was only able to make ADRS for CRT and Chef Mickey so far.

I was told November 21st when I spoke with Disney Dining a few days ago. Right now only up to February 22 is loaded in the new system so I was able to make our ressies for the first two days of our trip. The CM I spoke with did say to try back periodically between now and November because it could be sooner than they are anticipating.

I am so glad I stumbled upon this thread! I though I had to wait until October to make my President' week ADR's because of the upgrade to the system. I called last night when I read this thread and got everything I wanted - Phew!
