I am in the process of planning a trip for DH and I for Feb. 7th-14th. I was wondering what the best ADR's are, and ones to avoid. I know everyone has different fave's just looking for some suggestions. BTW I really wanna meet Pooh
It just depends on the type of food that you like. I personally enjoy fine dining, so we always hit places like Jiko, California Grill, Flying Fish, and Artist Point.
Definitely try Crystal Palace to see Pooh! We love the breakfast buffet, but we're also trying it for dinner on our next trip. If you are looking for quieter meals for just the two of you, I would pretty much stay away from character meals and buffets.
The signature restaurants like California Grill, Citricos, and Jiko would be great choices. If you are looking for places to eat in the parks I would recommend Le Cellier, Chefs de France, or San Angel Inn-(very romantic but not the best food) in Epcot. The Brown Derby, might be your best choice in MGM, and the 50s Prime Time Cafe and Sci-Fi Theater are very fun, but not gourmet by any means.
The easiest thing is to read through the menus and see what seems good to you. If you give us more specific info about what you are looking for (character, non-character, family style, buffet, expensive, cheap, etc.) we could give more specific recommendations.
We tend to enjoy finer dining too. So our plans include BlueZoo, Citricos & Flying Fish for this coming trip. In the past, that has also included Palio, Artist Point, Narcoossees & of course, California Grill. All make for very nice, adult meals.
We were pleasantly surprised by Crystal Palace lunch last Dec. I would eat there again. Great place for the Pooh characters.
Price is not a big issue for us, if the food is good, we will pay for it. The thing is I am a very picky eater....I eat chicken and some beef, but no fish, seafood, etc. I love pasta!!!! DH will eat just about anything so on his end we have no worries I'd like to do one or two fun meals and then one or two nice, romantic meals. Please let me know if you guys have any other suggestions....TIA!!!
BTW anther good one is the hoop dee doo show. The last time I was at Disney (7 years old!!!!!) my Grandma took me here and I still remember it. ( I am 28 now) If my husband liked ribs, fried chicken, and strawberry short cake I would of picked to go there again.

I do, however, love pasta! Please let me know if you guys have any more suggestions based on this...TIA
I agree - I'm a pretty picky eater, too, and have basically the same tastes as you!
My DH and I are going for our first anniversary this year, and we're eating:
'Ohana's
Liberty Tree Tavern
San Angel Inn (I've heard great things about the romantic atmosphere and my DH will eat anything Mexican - even if the food is as iffy as I've heard it is )
Narcoossee's (this is our "nice" meal of the week - we'll be slightly dressed up from going to La Nouba already)
Le Cellier (another very nice place - I know the tables are close together and it can get noisy, but I love the "wine cellar" atmosphere, and you absolutely can't beat the menu - my faves were the cheese soup, pretzel bread, and prime rib)
Last year, on our honeymoon, we ate at Crystal Palace for dinner- the food was good and you'll get to see Pooh and friends
I would also highly recommend Kona Cafe for any meal, but especially breakfast.
And Chef Mickey's was great for breakfast, too, and we had good character interaction.
