ADRs for Be Our Guest Restaraunt

Does anyone know when they might announce that the Be Our Guest Restaraunt will be available to book dining reservations? My family might be going to WDW in early Feburary 2013 and Be Our Guest will be open by then.

From what I have read it is supposed to be open for the Holidays this Nov/Dec. I am hoping to get in myself for our trip Thanksgiving week.

I just called to modify a reservation for our trip Thanksgiving week, and asked them this very question. She said all the info they've been given at this point is opening this fall and it'll be a table service for dinner. No opening date yet though.
