We will have our hotel booked well in advance of our 180 day ADR window, but we are keeping an eye out for a room discount or free dining deal, which we know may involve switching our resort, depending on availability. Assuming that happens inside of 180 days, will our dining reservations remain in place even if the resort changes? Or will we lose our ADRs? Thanks!

ADRs are separate from your hotel reservation so you should't have any problems. We never have when switching in the past. They should still show up in your MDE account under reservations. I always keep a list of my ADR confirmation numbers just in case there is a glitch in the MDE system regardless of whether or not I'm changing our hotel because you never know with the Disney websites;)

ADRs are a separate reservation than your tickets or resort; so you are good.

Tied items are FP+ and tickets; and dining plan and onsite resort.

As a frequent resort changer I can assure you that your ADRs will not be changed at all. I've probably altered our resort 6 or more times lol and then made it a split stay, all our ADRs have stayed intact.
